WHAT SHOULD I BRING ON MY HHT?

Your HHT is a business trip. To ensure we can move quickly on a property, I recommend bringing a "Closing Kit" consisting of:

A Cheque Book: You will need to provide a deposit (often $5,000–$20,000) when an offer is accepted.
Government-Issued ID: One pieces of government issued ID (with a photo) is required for anti-money laundering regulations and legal paperwork.
Pre-Approval Letter: Ensure your lender knows you are on your HHT and is ready to turn around a final approval in 24–48 hours. I can recommend a number of local lenders to make the approval process as smooth as possible.
Slip-on Shoes: We will be in and out of 10+ homes a day—your back and socks will thank you!
A Phone/Tablet, Charger and Notepad: For taking personal notes and photos of homes to review at the hotel later.
